About The Position

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a background check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
Transport the individual to and from the Albemarle Dream Center.
Assist the individual in completing daily living activities, including toileting, dressing, and supervision.
Work with the individual at the Albemarle Dream Center.
