About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in caregiving or direct support preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Support clients in developing life skills and engaging in community activities.
• Implement and monitor individualized care plans, documenting progress and behavioral changes.
• Provide emotional support and foster positive relationships with clients.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and families to optimize care.
