About The Position

Direct Support Professionals assist individuals with personal hygiene, support those with behavioral challenges and complex needs, and help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Requirements
- Must have had a valid Driver's License for at least one full year
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Help people grow, learn, and live well
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Assist people with their personal hygiene
- Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
