About The Position
Direct Support Professional (2nd Shift) – Make an Impact on our Working Farm! Location: Whitehouse, OH Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) | Part-Time with Rotating Weekends Compensation: $16.50/hr base + Earn up to $19.00/hr with shift differentials! - A valid Driver’s License (insurable)
- A desire to start a career in healthcare, social work, education, or nursing
Responsibilities
- Empower Independence: Teach daily living skills and facilitate communication.
- Foster Creativity: Participate in gardening, groundskeeping, and art programs.
- Provide Vital Care: Assist with personal hygiene (bathing/toileting) with dignity and empathy.
- Collaborate: Work in a team-oriented environment dedicated to person-centered support.
