Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in direct care or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Support individuals in developing and achieving personal goals and life skills.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Document care provided and report any changes in health or behavior.
• Ensure safety and a positive environment for individuals served.
• Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals.
