Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are an extremely important role in our company as they work directly with our individuals, ensuring they can lead their best lives and can be successful in both our Residential and Vocational settings. DSPs report to either a Residential Program Manager or Vocational Manager, depending on placement, and the role has advancement opportunities to increase responsibilities and pay. This position requires employees to work Wednesday 7:00pm – 12:00am, Thursdays and Fridays 2:30pm – 12:00am, and Sunday 10:00am – 10:00pm. There is also the opportunity to pick up open shifts as needed in our Vocational setting as well as in our Residential settings.
