As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Community Residential Services for Adults (CRSA) , you’ll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life . Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills.

Requirements

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of six months related work experience OR Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a degree program in Psychology, Social Work, or related field

Nice To Haves

• Aspiration to work with autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
