About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will help people grow, learn, and live well by developing meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You will be trusted by leaders to do what is right for participants and take initiative to help them be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. You will support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. This role involves assisting individuals with personal hygiene and supporting those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
