About The Position
Redwood Family Care Network is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential home setting. If you enjoy helping others grow, build independence, and live meaningful lives, this is a career where your work truly matters.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities
- DSP I & DSP II within one year of employment
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within one year of employment
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- CPR / First Aid
Nice To Haves
- CPI Certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living skills such as hygiene, meals, and routines
- Encourage activities, learning, and community involvement
- Assist with personal care and household tasks
- Follow Individual Program Plans (IPP) and behavioral support plans
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive home environment
