About The Position

Bay-CSS is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a 1:1 support position in a residential setting in Gambrills, MD. The DSP will provide individualized care and support to residents with developmental disabilities, working Monday through Friday from 4pm to 9pm.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and car insurance
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to residents with daily living activities
• Assist individuals in achieving personal goals
• Administer medication under medical personnel's direction
• Document individual progress and incidents
• Collaborate with the care team to meet residents' needs
