Who We Are Endeavor HCBS provides in-home Attendant Care, Habilitation, and Respite services to individuals with developmental disabilities across Arizona. We're currently hiring for evening and weekend shifts in the Chino Valley area. What You'll Do As a DSP, you'll support individuals in living safer, more independent, and more fulfilling lives. Depending on the individual, your day may include: Assisting with personal care and daily routines Helping with meals, hygiene, and light household tasks Supporting life skills and independence Providing companionship and emotional support Encouraging community involvement and social activities You'll never be "just a caregiver"-you'll be someone they trust and rely on.
