What You'll Do Bring the fun: Plan and join activities like arts and crafts, music sessions, baking, movie nights, and local outings. Create meaningful experiences: Encourage hobbies and interests that make each day exciting and rewarding. Provide direct care and support: Assist with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, dressing, and mobility. Ensure safety and dignity: Monitor health and well-being, prevent abuse or neglect, and respect each person's rights and choices. Administer medications: Follow NY State and agency guidelines for safe medication administration (site-based only). Maintain a clean, safe environment: Perform light housekeeping and ensure spaces are welcoming and hazard-free. Document everything accurately: Complete daily notes, attendance records, and timesheets on time-your documentation matters for quality care and compliance. Communicate and collaborate: Work closely with families, supervisors, and team members to share updates and address concerns. Support people in living their best lives-full of choices, independence, and fun!
