About The Position

Creed Medical is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). In this role, you will provide vital assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them with daily living activities and fostering their independence. You will work closely with clients to support their personal goals, enhance their quality of life, and encourage active participation in the community. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Flexible Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Support participation in social and community activities.
• Implement individualized care plans and document progress.
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with clients.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment.
• Collaborate with families and the care team to ensure comprehensive support.
