About The Position
The Direct Support Professional is responsible to provide direct services and supports to the individuals served as outlined in the ISP including, but not limited to administering health related activities, assisting in maintaining a clean, safe living environment, meal preparation, completion of various household tasks, and personal care assistance.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
- A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
- Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must have a valid Ohio driver's license with insurance
- Must have own transportation to and from assignments (Personal vehicle to transport individual is required).
- Application must be filled out
