About The Position

Come work at Stepping Out and make a difference! We are a 245D licensed program which provides services to individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome. We operate 4 person group homes, all in Hastings, MN. We offer our residents the opportunity to live a healthy, productive, and rewarding life in their community, while still having the support they need to manage their condition. Schedules available : Various Part time shifts - weekends 7am-1pm, 1pm-7pm, and overnights available. Salary: $18.00 hourly base rate, +$1.00 shift differential on weekend shifts. Asleep overnight shift paid at $12.00/hr during sleep hours. Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
• Willingness to participate in activities such as running, hiking, outdoor games, gym workouts, soccer, kickball, etc.
• Valid US driver's license
• Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Providing care giver services to our residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessary
• Teaching and maintaining independent living skills
• Meal preparation
• Providing support with hobbies, physical fitness program, and social activities
• Participating with the residents in their run club activities.
• Medication administration
