About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at our Hopewell location. In this role, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to residents while helping them develop the skills needed for greater independence.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- 20 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Consent to state and federal criminal background checks
- Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD
- Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living skills, including cooking, housekeeping, shopping, budgeting, and healthy routines
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and basic medical needs
- Promote social skills, coping strategies, and community involvement
- Mentor residents in building friendships and increasing autonomy
- Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
