About The Position

I Am Boundless is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Ohio for over 40 years. The organization's mission is to build a world that realizes the boundless potential of all people. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and/or dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping, or other support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Boundless offers a team environment with a shared passion for empowering the community.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoke and in writing.
Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing. (Training will be provided if not already certified)
Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

One-year experience working with intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
