The Arc Chemung-Schuyler is currently hiring Full-Time and Per Diem Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) , in the Elmira and Watkins Glen areas This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while earning $ 18.50 - $ 21.50 per hour , depending on experience and shift. Overnight positions are ideal for night owls, individuals seeking quieter work hours, or candidates looking for flexible scheduling that fits their lifestyle. This position is well-suited for recent graduates , CNAs, PCAs, HHAs , and those transitioning into human services. DSPs play a critical role in maintaining safety, providing reassurance, and ensuring continuity of care during nighttime hours.
