About The Position
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated male and female Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives within their communities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and clearances

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision to individuals in home and community settings
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals and increasing independence
- Facilitate community engagement, recreational activities, and social interactions
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times
