Friday & Saturday: 11pm -7am (16 hours, part time) Friday & Saturday: 7am to 3pm (16 hours, part time) Friday & Saturday: 3pm to 11pm (16 hours, part time) Must have Intellectual Disability (IDD/DDD) Support Experience. Applicants must be willing to provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with toileting and maintaining personal hygiene. Attend mandated trainings and meetings to become proficient in supporting I/DD individuals. Supervise, report on, document, and assist individuals who may have behavioral or medical concerns Assist individuals in living a quality life by helping them complete daily routines such as eating, toileting, showering, meal prep, and recreation. Retention Bonus & Employment Commitment To support workforce stability and continuity of care for the individuals we serve, Delta Community Supports, Inc. is pleased to offer you a retention bonus totaling $2,000, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. The bonus will be paid in three installments: $500 after successful completion of 6 months of employment $500 after successful completion of 12 months of employment $1,000 after successful completion of 18 months of employment To be eligible for each payment and to maintain the bonus, you must: Remain actively employed in good standing Work an average of at least 30 hours per week during the applicable employment period.

Requirements

  • Must have Intellectual Disability (IDD/DDD) Support Experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • One (1) year of caregiving work history
  • Valid driver's license with three (3) years of satisfactory driving history

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with toileting and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for each individual.
  • Document all relevant information about the individuals you support while on shift.
