About The Position
Middle school aged boy looking for SH respite staff for after school, and weekends. Up to 17hrs a week. Flexible hours after school between 3-7pm, and flexible weekend hours. Person likes to have fun and be a jokester who enjoys meeting new people. Can be shy at first, but wants to work on social skills. Interests in parks, the gym, soccer, challenger baseball, basketball, football, flags of the world, beaches and swimming, trains, music, the zoo, the MOST. Interested applicants should display understanding and patience, experience a plus. Great opportunity for some hours for college students Location in the Lemoyne/SU university/Valley area Pay $22.50/hr
Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Effective communication and organizational skills required.
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
- Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
