Intellectual Disability- Direct Support Professional
About The Position
Partnerships for People, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide individualized, person-directed support for adults with intellectual disabilities. The role focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone can thrive and fully participate in society. As a Direct Support Professional, you will support adults by creating a healthy and engaging home setting, teaching and assisting with daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating for the health and wellness of the people supported. Keystone Human Services values health, wellbeing, and professional growth for its team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verification
Responsibilities
