About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Woodstown, NJ. In this role, you will provide guidance, supervision, and support to residents during evening and overnight hours.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- 20 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Consent to state and federal criminal background checks
- Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD
- Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living skills, including cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, and healthy routines
- Support hygiene, personal care, and basic medical needs
- Promote social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement
- Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and structured overnight environment
