About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in direct support, caregiving, or related field preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks.
- Support individuals in developing life skills and achieving their personal goals.
- Foster community integration through social and recreational activities.
- Document care and progress, reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
