Keystone Human Services is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism. The role focuses on fostering inclusion and building communities where individuals can thrive and fully participate in society. Responsibilities include creating a healthy and engaging home setting, teaching daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating for the health and wellness of the people supported. Keystone Human Services is committed to creating an environment where all people, regardless of ability, can grow, make choices, and be valued members of the community. The organization provides community-based services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in the areas of intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health across Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, and New Jersey, as well as parts of Eastern Europe and India. They also offer technical assistance to governments and other organizations to develop support frameworks for people with disabilities and promote educational efforts for community understanding and inclusion.
