About The Position

Work is performed under the supervision of the House Manager, who reviews results through living area observation of activities in progress, residents’ responsiveness, inspection of living areas, reports, and periodic meetings. The role aims to make a difference by enhancing the independence of those served through assistance with daily and personal activities. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential

Nice To Haves

Experience in a home health aid, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred
