About The Position

Find Your Passion, Live Your Purpose We are seeking compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic people to join our quality-based teams supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their homes working the Awake Overnight shift. Experience working on Third Shift is a PLUS! Job duties include remaining alert and available throughout shift while providing assistance, as needed, to people throughout the overnight shift to ensure their overall health, wellbeing and safety needs are being properly met. Responsible to complete household cleaning throughout shift, assist with personal care. Objectively and accurately document nightly job responsibilities. Promote appropriate communication and interactions consistent with company values, with the supported person within the home and community. Follow all care plans attending to individual's wellbeing, reporting any concerns to nurse or management. Ensure proper administration of medications and treatments. Maintain a positive, productive team environment including relationships with individuals, families, management, other employees of WBRS and community associations. Attend and successfully pass all required training and attend staff meetings throughout the year, along with those in-services deemed necessary by management. Attendance and punctuality are essential job functions.

Requirements

  • 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
