About The Position

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join their team at a program in Mullica Hill, NJ. This role is ideal for individuals who want to create long-term impacts on the lives of others, encouraging, mentoring, and coaching them to achieve their goals. DSPs will foster a sense of pride in individuals by teaching them to navigate daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry. The work is performed under the supervision of the House Manager, who reviews results through observation, resident responsiveness, inspection, reports, and meetings. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential

Nice To Haves

Candidates have their own transportation
Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities
