Requirements

Are 18 or older
Have a valid U.S. driver’s license (held for 2+ years, excluding permit time)
Can pass a background check, drug screen, physical, and ergonomic assessments
Can attend 3 weeks + 2 days of paid New Hire Training (M–F, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
Are caring, dependable, and ready to grow in a rewarding career

Responsibilities

Support daily personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Help prepare meals and support healthy eating
Keep living spaces clean and safe (light housekeeping)
Administer medications (we’ll train you!)
Engage in fun outings and activities (movies, parks, appointments, and more)
Encourage independence and help build life skills
Be a consistent, positive presence in someone’s life
