Direct Support Professional – Phoenix ($17/hr)
About The Position
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Full-Time | 37+ Hours Weekly | $17.00/hr Phoenix, AZ 85032 Guild Care Group is actively hiring dependable Direct Support Professionals to support young adults with developmental disabilities in structured residential group homes. Interviews scheduled within 3–7 days. PRIORITY SHIFT NEEDS Evening Shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) – Most Needed Day Shift (6:00am–2:00pm) Night Shift (10:00pm–6:00am or 11:00pm–9:00am) Double Weekend Shifts Available All full-time roles require rotating weekends. We do not offer Monday–Friday only schedules. PAY STRUCTURE $17.00/hr for fully certified drivers Most full-time employees reach $17.00/hr within their first 90 days after completing required certifications. Additional pay components: $0.50/hr for valid Arizona driver status (clean 36-month MVR) $0.50/hr for required certifications Leadership opportunities available with increased pay and additional vacation time. We promote from within whenever possible.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid Arizona driver’s license required for driver roles
- Clean 36-month MVR required for driver roles
- Experience in caregiving or developmental disability services preferred
- Entry-level candidates are welcome if willing to complete required certifications promptly after hire

- Provide direct care and supervision
