Direct Support Professional/CNA
About The Position
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for an individual in their home and community. Requirements
- Caring, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- At least 1–3 years of caregiving or DSP experience required
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities (personal care, hygiene, meal preparation)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Encourage engagement in activities and community involvement
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Follow the individual’s care plan and document services provided
