About The Position

Come join our team as a Direct Support Professional for Stride Services where you will make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities! As part of our team, you will provide care to individuals with disabilities. Stride Services is part of the Institute for Disability Research, Policy & Practice at Utah State University. Stride is committed to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. We provide services to youth and adults with developmental disabilities living in Cache Valley and southern Idaho. Our services focus on inclusion and integration and individualized supports that ensure access to community, independence, and productivity. Candidates must be available to work 3 to 4 times per week Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Requirements

Valid Utah driver’s license to perform essential job responsibilities, such as to transport clients as needed.
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects.
Ability to adapt to changing conditions or work assignments.
