About The Position

Your dedication and compassion will help us continue to provide excellent care and support to those who need it most. As a Day Program, we offer consistent day hours Monday through Friday. No need to work evenings, overnights or weekends! $18.50 hourly. Regular full-time DSPs work 33 hours per week. If you are interested in working 40 hours per week, we also now offer additional work opportunities as an In-Home Caregiver/IHS Professional in various locations and schedules around the Twin Cities. Pay is $20 hourly and requires your own vehicle and clean driving record. So you can work 33 hours weekly as a Day Program DSP, and supplement your hours as an IHS Professional, working one-on-one with clients in the community, often 10-15 hours per week. From music therapy to arts and crafts, cooking lessons to outings in the community, you'll have the opportunity to engage our participants in a variety of fun and enriching experiences. Requirements

Must be 18 years old with HS diploma or GED.
A caring and empathetic nature is key.
You should be a great listener, patient, and ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
