About The Position
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are the backbone of the work we do. They support people with developmental disabilities to live full and meaningful lives. They help people find a Halloween costume, celebrate a birthday, or facetime with a friend. Yes, our DSP's help people make their lunch or do their laundry. Our DSPs help a person navigate life's ups and downs. At Saratoga Bridges we support adults with developmental disabilities. Come work for us and find purpose in helping others. If you've never worked with a person who has a developmental disability, we will provide you with paid training. All you need is a high school diploma/GED and a valid driver's license.
