Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in direct support or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Flexible Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Support client participation in recreational and community activities.
• Implement individualized care and support plans, monitoring progress and documenting observations.
• Provide emotional support and advocacy, promoting clients’ rights and dignity.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and team members to optimize care.
