PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Follow the client specific support plans to promote personal growth and independence in the clients; provide feedback to change, augment, or refine the IISP Ensure the client’s safety and well-being, particularly during challenging moments or behavioral outbursts, balanced with respecting the client’s individual rights Teach and assist, when necessary, with activities of daily living, such as bathing, cleaning, cooking, grooming, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and toileting Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment Monitor and administer medications, as prescribed; document and report any missed medications or other medication errors Complete accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports, progress notes, and daily logs. Accompany, support, and encourage the client to go on outings and community activities, such as shopping, dining, and recreational events Assist or provide transportation and ensure safety during outings. Maintain confidentiality of all personal information. Other duties as needed based on the evolving business needs
