As a Direct Support Professional, you will join a mission-driven team, building meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. The role involves helping people grow, learn, and live well, with a focus on empowering participants to be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. You will support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and assist with personal hygiene. The position also requires supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
