ICF Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time & Part-Time ICF Main Campus – Sharonville, OH 45241 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required Make a Difference. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, mobility support, and emotional encouragement
• Assisting with daily routines and living tasks
• Engaging residents in fun, therapeutic, and meaningful activities
• Building strong, trusting relationships with residents and families
• Ensuring a safe, dignified, and respectful living environment
