About The Position

Make a difference in the lives of adults (22+) with Autism and developmental disabilities! As a DSP, you'll provide essential support in a shared living setting, helping individuals achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Your Impact: Assist with daily living needs (hygiene, meals, medication, transportation). Foster a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment. Encourage skill development using positive behavior strategies. Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Valid and current U.S. driver's license (1+ years of licensed driving experience).
Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and adaptability.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Experience supporting individuals with special needs (preferred but not required).
