About The Position

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Bakersfield, CA 💙 Pay: $17.00–$18.50/hour (based on certifications and Locations)Schedule: PM Shifts 🌙Job Type: Full-TimeLocation: Bakersfield, CA Want a job that actually matters? Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
• DSP Year 1 & 2 / CPI certifications (or willing to get them!)
• First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
• 21+ years old with a valid CA Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year caregiving experience (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with daily routines and life goals
• Helping with personal care (grooming, hygiene, dressing)
• Going on community outings, activities, and social events
• Preparing meals and keeping the home safe and clean
• Providing encouragement, structure, and positivity
• Driving company vehicles when needed
• Being an advocate and trusted support
