Requirements

A strong passion for helping others and improving the lives of individuals with mental and physical disabilities.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
Capable of assisting residents with their needs (mentally and physically).
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, meal preparation, and transportation, always encouraging self-reliance.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and help them engage with their community, whether it's through a special activity or a simple outing.
Be a trusted friend and advocate, offering emotional support and creating a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.
