As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support the overall well-being of Anderson students and residents, help organize and manage activities, assist the Residence Manager and Shift Supervisor with the implementation of systems within the house in which you work, communicate and collaborate as needed with families/caregivers/teachers/therapists, maintain appropriate student or classroom-related documentation, and help residents foster the development of skills, greater independence, and expanded self-confidence using customized interventions as identified in student support and behavior plans. Pay Range: $19.50 - $24.37 Hourly; Based on education, experience and RBT certification. Scheduled hours may vary: 10:00pm - 8:00am
