The Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Community position helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities foster independence. You will be there every step of the way in Philadelphia day programs as our individuals gain valuable new skills. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements

Responsibilities

• Implementing goal plans
• Completing progress notes
• Assisting with personal care
• Preparing activity schedules
