About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in caregiving or direct support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Support skill development and encourage participation in community activities.
• Follow individualized support plans and document progress accurately.
• Provide emotional support and promote social interaction.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Collaborate with family members, healthcare providers, and other staff to enhance client care.
