PAY : $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience BENEFITS : Health benefits for full-time positions A 401(k) plan A $300 signing bonus Ongoing training Growth opportunities YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL This part-time position is scheduled Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 8 am–8 pm or every other Saturday/Sunday from 8 am–6 pm . In this part-time role, you support a vibrant woman with Autism who lives independently in her own condo in Poway, greeting each day by helping her stay active, prepare healthy meals, and engage meaningfully in her community while communicating closely with her supportive family and your teammates-you serve as a steady, encouraging presence who helps transform everyday moments into opportunities for independence and connection. Here's what we need from you: High school diploma or equivalent Compassionate and reliable Comfortable supporting individuals at home and in the community Willingness to learn and provide individualized support Previous experience is helpful but not required.
