About The Position

Circle of Life is a leading home care agency serving 6 states, providing services for seniors, children, and people with disabilities. The agency is growing and is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join their Cass Lake team for 5 hours/week. Requirements

reliable transportation

Willing to provide transportation if necessary
must hold valid DL

Responsibilities

Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence.
Provide Direct Support to Clients this includes supporting the client in individualized goals, including personal care tasks such as helping client get in and out of bed, assisting with bathing/showering, and making sure their home is clean and safe.
Building relationships with your clients and reporting any concerns to the Designated Coordinator.
Supporting community engagement by attending community events, etc.
