About The Position

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on helping people grow, learn, and live well, fostering meaningful relationships, and supporting participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Direct Support Professionals will assist individuals with personal hygiene and provide support to those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license (minimum 1 year old) and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
