Must have experience in and be able to provide personal care one-on-one for individual participants who need such assistance Work with participants on reaching their individual goals Responsible for implementing behavior plans Must always respect the confidentiality, dignity, and rights of each person and family Perform required documentation (progress notes) daily. Responsible for transporting individuals on occasion according to company policies Physical Demands: An employee must meet the physical demands described here to perform the DSP-Residential job's essential functions successfully. The DSP-Residential will frequently be walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, sitting, reaching overhead, and lifting to fifty (50) pounds. Staff must meet applicable federal, state, and/or local health requirements for infectious diseases. Work is performed primarily indoors in a temperature-controlled environment, except while occasionally transporting the participant outside the residence.
