About The Position
REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Caregivers are expected to take initiative in helping participants engage with the community and enjoy activities, as well as support them with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The position also requires assisting individuals with personal hygiene and supporting those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)
- Clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
