About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work helping individuals grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships with those you serve. You will be trusted by leaders to do what is right for participants and encouraged to take initiative in helping them integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Support will be provided for participants' developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role also involves assisting individuals with personal hygiene and supporting those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
